Case Studies
Power Integrity requires clarity first.
Switchboard Modernisation | Power Integrity.
Modernisation of a legacy switchboard and protection arrangement to improve safety resilience, restore structural headroom, and better prepare the home for future electrification. The original switchboard was positioned at the end of a hallway behind the rear entry door, limiting access and constraining the home’s electrical foundation. The works included external relocation of the switchboard, installation of a new modular enclosure, transition to circuit-level RCBO protection, and reorganisation of circuit distribution for greater clarity and future provision. The result is a calmer, more capable, and more future-ready electrical foundation, with improved fault isolation, better access, and a more practical entry space within the home.
Electrical Switchboard Modernisation | Power Integrity.
This home’s switchboard had reached its limit. With no spare capacity, increasing electrical demand, and no RCD or RCBO protection in place, the electrical foundation needed to be modernised before the home could safely support future upgrades.
Riverline upgraded the switchboard to improve capacity, protection, and circuit clarity — creating a safer, tidier, and more future-ready foundation for the home.
Outcome: Improved capacity, modern circuit protection, clearer distribution, and a stronger foundation for future electrical demand.
EO Mini EV Charging Provision | Residential Carport
An EO Mini charger for an Audi e-tron at a home with existing solar generation. Positioned on a dedicated post between the two car parking spaces, the charger can serve both vehicle positions while maintaining a clean and practical layout. The system can also monitor solar production and utilise available solar energy where possible, reducing unnecessary reliance on grid energy. The result is a tidy, flexible EV charging solution aligned with the property’s broader electrical foundation.
Dual Zappi EV Charging Provision | Residential 3-Phase
Two 3-phase Zappi EV chargers installed at a residential property to support a Porsche Taycan and Tesla Model 3. The system was configured with programmable load management to ensure both vehicles could be charged efficiently without overloading the available supply. The result is a clean, future-ready charging solution that supports multi-vehicle electrification while maintaining control of the home’s broader electrical foundation.
BMW EV Charging Provision | Residential Garage
A BMW EV charger for a BMW i4 at a home with a large 3-phase solar PV system and Tesla Powerwall. Mounted on the garage wall beside the vehicle parking position, the charger provides a clean and practical daily charging solution while integrating neatly into the property’s existing energy systems. The work also brought greater clarity to the wider electrical foundation and confirmed that the major systems were operating as expected. The result is a well-aligned EV charging setup that supports the home’s broader move toward modern electrified living.
