A priority findings summary (not a defects list), photo documentation, a staged modernisation pathway, practical next actions (including where specialist input is required), and where appropriate, a proposal-ready fixed scope for the upgrade.
Who the Review is for
This review is designed for homeowners who are planning EV charging, solar, induction cooking, high-capacity heating, additional dwellings, or broader renovation work and want to understand the electrical foundation before committing to major upgrades.
